Less than 48 hours before arriving in this beautiful mountain range on the Slovakia-Poland border, I never even knew such a place existed. Tramping around the old towns of Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius had left me a little 'citied out' and I was in need of some fresh air and adventure. A quick Google led me (literally) to these mountains.
