North Island Finds

New Zealand roads vary in just about every way imaginable. Some are long, winding and unsealed. Some don't quite have two lanes and frequent stopping at one-lane bridges to give way is required. Some have three lanes on each side of the barrier and a speed limit of 110km/h. No matter which road I have found myself on, there's always something to be admired. Whether it's never-ending view of green, an enchanting forest, the busy streets of a sprawling city or these abandoned buildings that have spruced up the view along the highway. Here are my favourite houses.
