Best of 2018

2018 began in Tolaga Bay (a couple of hours north of Gisborne) with my lovely friends - the Reeves family. We partied on their farm, did some wakeboarding and ate way too much over the course of a few days. Since then, I've... covered more than 30,000km in my car, volunteered for sporting event XRACE, survived 5 days kayaking on the Whanganui River, worked as a primary school teacher, survived mountain-biking the Timber Trail, visited White Island, reached the summit of Mount Taranaki, explored almost every corner of New Zealand's north island and met some truly, truly wonderful people. Far too many to name! On Christmas Eve, I crossed to the South Island for new adventures with my family over the holiday season. Since then it's been a whirlwind adventure down the West Coast and around Queenstown. I can't wait to see what 2019 holds and I'm so excited for it to start in New Zealand. I wonder where it will end?
